‘Sea Glimpse’ is a much loved, light filled family owned bungalow, which has been and will remain in the same family for generations to come. The reason the family love it so much is the location- East Prawle is a small coastal village in the South Hams, and the property is within easy walking distance to the truly magical Devonshire pub of the Pig’s Nose Inn. Newly refreshed throughout, it’s now available for your next holiday.
Sleeping up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms, it makes a great location for a family holiday or for a couple stay. We also have a travel cot and highchair for those of you with little people. For those of you with less mobile members of the family, being all located on one level means the entire property is very accessible. This very comfortable property is perfectly located for enjoying everything that the South Hams has to offer. Beaches, coastal walks, great pubs and restaurants and beautiful towns nearby such as Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. Your nearest beach is Horseley Cove which is a 15 minute walk. The slightly larger and truly one of South Ham’s best kept secrets, Lannacombe Beach, is about a 30 minute walk away, but the entire South Hams coastline is here is quite literally on your doorstep to explore. You are almost on the South West coast path, staying in the most Southerly village in Devon and therefore have easy access to the likes of Prawle Point, Mill Bay, Beesands, and Torcross, all of which the walks are truly breathtaking!
1 Room has a king size bed, and the second room has twin beds which can be turned into a superking thanks to a zip and link system. The views from the property are beautiful, looking out over the village towards the sea in the distance. The living spaces make the most of this elavated position in the village, with a wonderful sun room looking out over your garden too. There is a good sized kitchen with all the appliances you need whilst on holiday, and a great sized lounge with fireplace.
The outside space is a real feature of Sea Glimpse, and for those of you with a car, we have 1 dedicated parking space on the drive, with further parking on the roadside outside- this is not restricted and you will always be able to find a second vehicle space. This property is not pet friendly so for those of you who suffer with pet hair allergies, this will not be an issue
