Summary: I cant praise these owners enough! They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Shortly before we arrived, we were notified that the renters before us checked out late and the house was still a mess. The owners found us a local hotel for the night. They were unable to book rooms for us because of hotel policy, but as soon as we had an invoice from the hotel, they refunded that amount to our account. The next day, they let us into the house so that we could drop off our luggage for the day while the cleaners did their work. The house was impeccable. Everything was clean. It smelled clean and fresh. Everything was very clean. I am pretty particular about the cleanliness of the places we stay because my entire family has terrible allergies. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows, which was very nice. There were plenty of towels and extra sheets and blankets. The room with 4 beds had 2 twins with trundles, but not enough room to pull out the trundles. This was not a problem for us, as we did not use the trundles. If you need to use all 4 beds, you will have to rearrange the furniture a bit. During the day, I could hear cars driving by on the road behind the property. However, at night, I didn’t hear a sound. The owners were quick to respond to all of our messages. The area felt safe and was close to many restaurants, stores, etc. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the Miami area! Clean, comfortable, and convenient! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
