Positive: What did we like? The location of our rental was wonderful. The walk to the public beach was 10mins max and very easy to get to. Via rental car, it was easy to do shopping. Sonny&Linda(?), the hosts, and Luis (the house attendant) were all very responsive. The house (2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, two full baths) was MORE than adequate with a very well equipped kitchen. The rental had thoughtful pluses:bicycle, snorkel, 2 beach folding chairs and one lounge, adequate towels, well air conditioned (it was 80-97 Fahrenheit, 60-100% humidity when we visited Coco Beach Home). The parking for our car rental was excellent. We were the only ones at this compound (Los Juncos?) which may it even better! The pool was well maintained and the grounds received a touch up on a daily basis. We did use the laundry facilities which were great. Overall, though this property isn't top of the line in terms of new construction, it was PERFECT for us and we would definitely rent it again. We are from the East coast of USA.
Negative: What didn't you like? At times, motorcycles would race down the road near our house but that HAPPENS all over. The rental is not in "downtown" which really gives it more privacy than most properties.
