This colourful, open plan apartment features a modern kitchenette and lounge-dining area with a standard double bedroom adjoining. Large windows with a balcony and funky décor enhance the brightness of the space. The Space: The flat is located in a modern development on the 2nd floor which is accessible via a lift or stairs. This bright and spacious apartment is comfortably decorated and has great transport links. LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA The modern kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and one-cup coffee maker. A full range of pots, pans, crockery and utensils make it easy to whip up a tasty meal for one or more! Large double doors lead out onto a quaint balcony off the kitchen, bringing lots of natural light into the dining area, which is roomy enough to entertain. The living space is a cosy nook with TV and comfy couch, perfect for curling up on a rainy afternoon. BEDROOM The separate bedroom leads off the main living area, providing a relaxing hideaway with soft, comfy double bed and crisp white linens. A large mirrored-glass sliding wardrobe allows for plenty of storage and doubles as a handy full-length mirror. BATHROOM The clean and modern bathroom includes a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and sink with top-of-the-line fixtures and towel warming rail for those chilly winter nights. Soft towels and basic toiletries will be provided for your stay. Guest Access: Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in. Interaction with Guests: When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be. The Neighborhood: This apartment is ideally situated to enjoy the young and vibrant East side of London. Browse quaint and quirky coffee shops and boutiques in Hackney and Bethnal Green or hop on a bike like one of the locals and enjoy the many green spaces nearby like Bethnal Green, London Fields, Hackney Downs and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. If you’re looking for trendy bars and restaurants, live music or vintage shopping, Shoreditch and Whitechapel are just a couple miles away by bus or tube. A 20-minute walk-away and you can visit Westfield Shopping Centre for the best in big name fashion and a dazzling array of restaurants. For fitness, nothing beats the Olympic Park precinct just 1.2 miles away with safe and convenient biking, walking and running routes on offer. Getting Around: This apartment is easily accessed via Tube, Bus, National Rail or DLR. The closest tube, Bow Station, is just 400 yards away giving you access to the Hammersmith & City and District & Circle lines. Mile End tube station is a half mile away with access to Hammersmith & City, District & Circle and Central lines, which means you can reach central London in just 15 – 20 minutes. Bow Church DLR Station is just 450 yards from the apartment where you can also catch the 25 bus, which will take you to Stratford, Aldgate or Oxford Circus or the 276 which services most of the surrounding areas towards Newham. Stratford International Rail Station is 1.2miles away for easy access to other UK cities and Europe. Other Things to Note: -All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in -There must be at least one adult over the age of 21 in your group -You may not have the majority of people in your group under the age of 21 -For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees -In order to allow me to continue sharing my home with guests like yourself, sometimes I allow people to rent my property for longer periods at certain times of the year. This means that from time to time, people ask to view the property in advance. Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short! -If you fail to arrive at the flat within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply). -If you are delayed or know in advance let us know as soon as possible and we will try – when possible – to avoid any extra fees. - For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee. - For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £70 fee - If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives. - We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the flat. Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am. House Rules: • Not suitable for children and infants • No smoking • No pets • No parties or events • Check-in time is 3PM - 10PM
