This gorgeous mountain home's riverfront location is the envy of many other Blue Ridge cabin rentals. Sitting right on the shores of the Toccoa River, close to the Aska Adventure area in the beautiful Dial area, it offers easy access to fishing, tubing, kayaking and all of the great water sports you may seek out here in the North Georgia Mountains. Located just off of a main road, this is a lively, active location, particularly in summertime.
Come on Inn and make yourself at home. In fact, that's the very reason this cabin was given its welcoming name. Its cozy environment will make you feel like this is your home away from home right awayโ€”The cabin's beautiful interior mixes mountain cabin dรฉcor with charming country accents to create a unique and inviting atmosphere all its own. Walk in to the living room, sink into the plush sofas or supple leather armchair and put your feet up. Entertained by a book or a good movie, spend hours relaxing by the warmth of the floor-to-ceiling remote gas fireplace.
The cabin's outdoor living areas are equally enticing, so come on out. Summary: Troubles with water pressure and a rotted step to the deck both were aggravating, but it's hard to have a bad time on the river. The good thing about this location is that it is on Dial Rd and has easy river access upstream and down. Bad thing about this property is that it is on Dial Rd and the front wall of the house is 25 ft from the road; so there is traffic noise. EXTREMELY disappointed in the outdoor photos of this property, as there were NO chairs by the fire as it shows the red Adirondack chairs. Owner has cement benches instead which are not conducive to evening fire relaxation. So bring your own lawn chairs. And owner should update photos. Overall, it gets a B because of the inability for management to get out and fix the water pressure; told them about it one night and no one there to fix it the next day and still problems the next night. Pressure would recover, but not having water in the middle of a shower should never happen when paying total of over $400/night!!! One would think we'd get a free night somewhere..... or two frankly.
