The house is recent, well maintained and of high quality; well insulated, it is very cool in summer.
The household appliances and furniture are in excellent condition. The swimming pool heated to 28 ยฐ minimum, is treated with salt (without chlorine). It is pleasant and has a 100 mยฒ tiled beach. The whole is enclosed by a barrier meeting strict AFNOR safety standards.
