This townhouse is approximately 1200 sq. ft of living area with a kitchen fully outfitted with wooden cabinets and granite counters. There is a full appliance package of wash/dryer, Stove and Fridge. The living and dining rooms are open plan and flow onto a private patio with a plunge pool. Just under the steps adjacent to the living room is a powder room and storage. Upstairs are the two other bedrooms which have a good cupboard space and each have en-suite bathrooms. It is one of six private homes just two miles away from Sandy Lane on a small gated estate. Set in tropical gardens with a own pool. The villa is fitted out with everything that you need to enjoy perfectly your stay here. Here is an amazing opportunity to enjoy a vacation in a quiet residential neighborhood. This lovely apartment really is a home away from home for a carefree and relaxing holiday in peace. And the best are our beaches ! Fitts Village beach is pretty quiet mostly used by locals from the surrounding districts and guests who stay at the small apartments and villas located on the beachfront. The seas here are calm, as you would expect on this coast, although it’s a bit more lively in some spots and at high tide. Small reefs in the area, especially to the south, provide for interesting snorkeling. The beach is quite wide and shade is provided by trees bordering the beach. There are a lot of sandy access points to go swimming in pristine, clear water! There are picnic benches in the wooded area leading onto the beach. You can pack your own lunch or pop across the road to the supermarket for drinks and snacks.
