A Neighborhood Gem! Our oh, so Comfortable Private Home with secluded backyard surrounded by trees, lawn and outdoor patio, relinquishes your time spent relaxing in-between Rocky Mountain adventures. The close availability to natural space just along the Spring Creek Trail for walking and biking or leading you to hiking trails at the near by Horsetooth Reservoir, Mountain Park, outlook and open space.
This welcome retreat is completely furnished inside and out. Both upper level and lower level living rooms leave plenty of space to spread out or enjoy conversation with guests! We have 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. Upper level boasts 1 King bedroom and 1 Queen bedroom, Bathroom has shower and bath combination, plenty of counter space around the quartz sink and medicine cabinet in mirror.
Lower level of our home has 2 very comfortable Queen bedrooms, right next to each other and bathroom with walk in shower just off the hallway.
There is a queen air mattress as additional if kids want camp out in front of a movie Located in a roll in lower level closet.
Our fully equipped Kitchen allows you to really enjoy dining at home, especially with indoor dining room seating 6-8. An outdoor deck seating 6-8, umbrellas and covered sun shade. A 6 burner propane BBQ Grill is available right outside the upper patio door.
Our neighborhood is close to many necessities. Grocery stores, Restaurants, Breweries, Liquor store, Shopping and Social activities. We hope you are able to explore all of what Fort Collins and surrounding has to offer!

Summary: Generally, the house was perfect for our needs. However, the place needs a little TLC. The upstairs bathroom sink drain needs to be cleared. The doorknob on the upstairs door to the deck needs tightening or replacement. The kitchen appliances should be replaced. The refrigerator door has duct tape on the handle and does not always completely close. These are all minor things. Overall we had a great time with the house. If or when we return, we will try to book this house.
