It is in a quiet street where hardly any traffic passes, so peace is easy to find. At night you can count endless stars, see shooting stars and see the satellites coming over.
The house has a living room with adjoining kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with many things such as ceramic hob and dishwasher.
Furthermore, two bedrooms:
the 'master bedroom' with a bed large 2.20 mx 1.80 m;
the small bedroom has 2 beds of 2.00 mx 0.90 m and a loft bed of 2.00 mx 0.90 m.
In the living room there are chairs, a table with a sofa bed of 2.10 x 1.60 m and a bookshelf with books in different languages. There is also a fold-out dining table for 6 people.
Further information regarding the kitchen: ceramic hob, dishwasher, combi oven / microwave / grill, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster. In the adjacent storage room washing machine and fridge with separate freezer, vacuum cleaner and electric barbecue. Also, basic things like a dustpan and brush.
Also available: TV, DVD player, internet, radio / CD, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Electric heating.
Bathroom (renovated early 2019) has a shower, sink, heated towel rail (design radiator) and toilet.
A terrace of approx. 25 m2 in front of the house and partly under the roof. with a dining table for 4 people and one for 6 people. Various garden furniture and parasols are available.

The house is approximately 10 minutes' walk from the village center, where there is a small supermarket, a bar / tabac and a pizzeria, a games room with billiards, air hockey, etc. and several simple restaurants in the summer. During the summer there is a weekly market (Monday morning).
Next to the Center is the Center Sportive with swimming pool with large slide and children's pool, tennis courts and riding stables.
In the vicinity of the village is the Grotte de la Salamandre, where you can also take courses in spolontology.
The river Cèze where you can swim is a little further.
