Summary: Majorca in early October definitely the place to go. Absolutely beautiful weather, we had a wonderful time although only a short visit. As far as the apartment is concerned. It is situation in a lovely area, nice and quiet at night too. However, this may be a prime example of "you only get what you pay for". The beds do need to be replaced for starters. The living room is vast but so little furniture to give it a comfortable feel. Only harsh overhead lighting, need some table lamps, in fact need some tables to accommodate them. Same applies in the bedrooms, no side tables or bedside lamps. In the kitchen area, no washing up liquid, dish cloths or tea towels. We arrived at midnight, the "welcome pack" consisted of about a pint of water, no milk, only packets of biscuits and crisps. Despite my comments, don't misunderstand me, we very much enjoyed our stay with you. The apartment was functional but not really very comfortable. Francisca was waiting for us on arrival and the laid on taxi was great, both ways. However contact with Francisca prior to our stay was sketchy and sometimes I didn't ever get a reply to my questions. I hope my comments are useful and improvements can be implemented, even if it is necessary to increase prices.
