Ultra Contemporary waterfront home very close to downtown Annapolis with stunning views of the South River and private dock/pier and kayaks.
Four bedrooms, huge master bedroom suite, sleeps 8 + large play room.
Beautifully appointed with all designer kitchen and baths, interior decorator curated space with artwork and sculpture, Persian rugs tastefully incorporated in every room, Brazilian hardwood floors throughout the first floor, carpeted upstairs.
First floor: Entry hall way with gorgeous art, large living room with cathedral ceiling of 24 feet and state of the art music system, contemporary paintings and Italian furniture.
First floor; huge walk in kitchen with 6 burner stove, three dishwashers, wine storage, AND family room space, opens on to the deck and the very large contemporary pool with discreet fountains, surrounded by designer stone ledges.
First floor: Guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom; study/den opening on to the garden water.
First floor: Formal dining room with Italian furniture, antique Murano chandelier, also opens on to the garden and water.
Pool Area: Large contemporary pool, with two distinct sitting/relaxing areas: one couch with table, seats 6 ; second area consists of designer contemporary lounge chairs; beautiful potted plants and privacy screen ensure complete privacy. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Back garden has two additional seating areas: a table for 6 on a separate Brazilian wood deck. Both overlooking the water and private dock and pier.
Upstairs: Master bedroom suite is massive, 20 foot ceilings, with yoga space, has its own balcony overlooking the water, has a huge walk in closet, has a large bathroom suite consisting of four areas: bathtub, shower area, toilet area with French bidet, as well as a Finnish sauna.
Bedroom Number 3: Massive 20 foot ceilings, balcony overlooking the water, and en-suite designer bathroom as well as walk-in closet.
Bedroom Number 4: Regular 9 foot ceilings, en suite bathroom, and a large built-in closet.
Upstairs also has a massive library and TV room which also holds a pool table and piano. This has its own balcony overlooking the pool and the water.
Basement is not available and for owner use only.
House has a private dock and pier and access to this is through the garden.
Back garden is fully landscaped and overlooks the water, pier, and dock with stunning views of the South River.
2 kayaks and 2 bikes are available for guest use.

Outdoor music is prohibited after 9:00pm. The home sleeps no more than 8 people per Anne Arundel County fire code. 607 Beach drive is to be enjoyed!
