This villa is set half way between Moffat Beach and Kings Beach. A 10 minute stroll and you will be digging your toes into the sand. There is a local coffee shop 5 minutes away at Shelly Beach. Kings Beach has the patrolled beach and also a salt water public pool, water fountains and many restaurants. While Moffat Beach is known for its café precinct and award winning Boutique brewery.
This 3 bedroom walk up Villa, has just been painted and had a mini renovation to make if feel fresh and homely. It has an open plan living dining and kitchen area with a veranda off the lounge. Here is where you will spend your afternoons sitting sipping wine and grilling a steak on the BBQ.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed with TV and Air Con. The 2 other bedrooms have standard fans.

Summary: This was a lovely and affordable stay in a good location, a 10 minute walk from the beach. The apartment is well-maintained and had some lovely touches in the welcome pack. We did have some issues with ants and the keys getting stuck in the lock, but these were relatively minor.
