3 bedroom Carrstone cottage dating back to 1909. In a picturesque village, just in the conservation area. In the heart of beautiful Snettisham village. With Gastropub, Michelin Bistro & farmpark for younger visitors. Log burner in the lounge. Supply of logs provided for guests. Spacious kitchen and dining area which opens up onto the enclosed patio & garden with bbq. 3 cosy bedrooms all with double beds and lovely rural views in the conservation area. The patio has seating for 6 around the table. With parasol, bench, chairs and cushions. A Keter charcoal BBQ is available to use also. We have shed storage in the garden for pushchairs & bikes. Smart TV with Netflix & Freeview. A supply of logs/paper included for guests to use the log burner fire. Spacious, light and airy Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer & fridge/freezer. A range cooker with gas/electric has recently been fitted. The bathroom includes a large bath tub & walk in shower. Plus an extra separate toilet & basin. Please note these are all downstairs. We have fitted double beds in all the rooms to try & make guests feel comfortable. In 2 of the 3 bedrooms the beds are under the windows so to offer great views and maximise space in the rooms. The window side & end of bed have a smaller amount of room to move around. The views from the beds more than makes up for this, looking out over the picturesque village. A stair gate is fitted discretely against the landing wall if needed for young children, a highchair is available too and also a travel cot suitable for newborns or older.
