Please note: There is an unfenced stream 20 yards away.. 2 Old Posting Stables is a delightful mid-terraced cottage, beautifully decorated, modern and welcoming. The owners' style and eye for detail is evident from the sumptuous beds and bedding, beautiful soft furnishings in the tastefully decorated living area and a cosy wood burner. Whilst all you may want is to enjoy the cottage, the surrounding area with its stunning scenery has so much to offer with attractions in and around the town itself. Take a wander to the Mill on the Fleet Visitor Centre or climb to the top of Cardoness Castle where you can see for miles on a fine day.
A short drive along the coast is Laggan Outdoor Centre where you can have a go on one of the longest zip wire rides in the country. Or just enjoy a lazy day when the weather is fine at the stunning beaches of Cardoness or Mossyard just a few minutes' drive along the coast. Not only do you have the majestic coastline to explore but inland there are many beautiful forests and gardens to enjoy. This delightful corner of South West Scotland has something to offer everyone and is a destination not to be missed. Beach 3 miles. Shop 200 yards, pub and restaurant 20 yards.
