COTTAGE BY THE BAY is set in a quiet neighbourhood. The sound of Australian birds is amazing and the cottage garden offers quiet places for you to relax and enjoy the outdoor discovering the wide range of plant species.
Batemans Bay has so much to offer and enjoy. The beach life, out fishing, playing golf or just relaxing at a seaside cafe.
The house is huge and very comfortable for a large group of people. There and 4 bedrooms , 3 with queen beds and one with a double bed. The 4th room has a fold out bed and is perfect as a kids play room or quiet reading room. The main bedroom has an ensuite and verandah. The bedroom opposite also has a verandah.
The lounge area can seat your group perfectly. With a TV and a DVD player and a large dvd collection for your enjoyment. There is a glass cabinet with your wine glasses ready for use. The kitchen has an oven, large gas cooktop and everything youll need to cook up a storm.
There is a spacious dining area just of the kitchen area. Just from there you have a sliding door to the side deck where you have a BBQ.
There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. There are 2 bathrooms in the house with 2 toilets. Air-conditioning is in the front living areas. All bedrooms having ceiling fans.
Cottage by the Bay is only minutes away from the Catalina Golf Course, local Marina, various Beaches. Theres a wildlife park and you can even jump on the Esplande and take a short cruise of the Clyde River. The area offers a diverse range of cuisine and cafes.
