Court Lodge is a charming twin roundel oast house with many original features and magnificent vaulted ceilings. It is the perfect retreat for families or friends to share and can accommodate up to 11 people. One of the bedrooms is a family room sleeping 3 and there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room in the converted barn across the courtyard. The property is stylish and well furnished with spacious rooms, perfect for relaxation and socialising. There is a large garden with outside table tennis and a games room with a T.V. PS3 and a football table. There are four bedrooms in the oast, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious sitting room with inglenook fireplace and wood burning stove. There is also a playroom for younger members of the family and a snug with a TV and access to the pretty garden. The garden has plenty of outdoor seating including a netted trampoline and climbing frame. The old market town of Heathfield has many shops and there is a recommended village pub only a short stroll away. Things to do in the area include a visit to Battle and its runied Abbey, Historic Rye and Camber Sands, Brighton with its beach and antique shops.
