Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The place is a co-working space which means great Wifi, the room was perfect for a biz trip especially due to a desk and the rooms are super spacious. I also appreciate that we could check in an hour early. The comms online via the booking team was great, very responsive.

Negative: Misleading 24-hour reception: The front desk was mostly unattended, making it feel more like an Airbnb check-in. Even if the staff was busy with a large event, it doesn't excuse failing to provide the 24-hour service they advertise. Worse, the staff was entirely unwelcoming and acted as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. No on-site food: The man behind the reception informed us there was no breakfast or food available on the property, so we had to eat elsewhere. - I would appreciate proper on boarding, we were given keys and not informed about any facilities etc. After paying 200e a night for the accomodation, we expected a bit of warmth and kindness. - The area is a bit dodgy.

Summary: For biz trips- no worth it, only stay if nothing else is available, which was our situation.
