This comfortable, remodeled 2 story condo is in the SIERRA MANORS Condominium complex, conveniently located near grocery stores, rental shops, restaurants, and transportation. The free town trolley is steps away from the complex. It features a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom, spacious open loft on the second floor, and two full baths - one on each level. You will have your own private entrance. The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed, flat screen television and a full bathroom, which is accessible from the hallway. The open loft upstairs features 1 more Queen-sized bed, a futon and an en-suite full bathroom. In the living room, there is a spacious sectional sofa, pellet stove and flat screen television. All essentials are provided: soap, toilet paper, linens, towels and more. You only need to bring yourself, your food/drink, and a good time! We have a top-notch property manager who lives in town and is available if anything comes up. The entire condo unit is for your exclusive use only, not shared with anyone else. The front door is equipped with a keypad so you may self check in/check out. There is no unnecessary interaction with the host. During your stay, you will have full guest access to Sierra Manors’ community amenities such as hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, and laundry room. There is no smoking or pets allowed in this unit. *Spa, pool, and sauna hours, availability, and conditions are subject to change without notice. *Not handicap accessible *Internet service/WiFi is available but NOT guaranteed. *Cleaning fee $150 Winter Vacationers: 4X4 vehicles and or chains may be required to access Mammoth when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. Business Tax Certificate: 9400-0002 Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-33-20, and associated guidance of the California Public Health Officer, continue to apply statewide. These advise Californians to “avoid traveling long distances for vacations or pleasure as much as possible. This is to slow the spread of the coronavirus. Do not travel if you are sick, or if someone in your household has had coronavirus in the last two weeks. Do not travel with someone who is sick.” Because of Covid, all advertised amenities may not be available. If you are concerned about a particular amenity, please inquiry prior to booking. Please be aware that because of Covid, Mammoth Mountain is limiting the number of lift tickets available on any given day. We highly recommend that you secure lift tickets prior to your trip. In the event that you book the condo and lift tickets aren’t available, we will not be able to provide a refund. Tioga Pass(Hwy 120), which is the road into Yosemite from the east, is closed during the winter and into spring. It generally opens in late-May or June and one can’t access Yosemite directly until it is open for the season. They don’t set a date for the opening because they don’t know in advance how long it will take to clear the road of snow and debris.
