Welcome to our luxurious Cozy Beach Cottage. Just a short walk to the beach, Main St, and the Huntington Beach Pier. Home is equipped with fast fiber optic high speed internet, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 5, and is a super peaceful neighborhood. Surf/Skate boards and beach cruisers included. Gas BBQ, washer, dryer, and patio set on site as well. This is will the perfect get a way for your family. Ocean View right when you walk outside. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Minimum age is 27. Each room comes with LED lit queen size beds and tvs equipped with cable streaming tv along with multiple entertainment apps: , DirecTV, Netflix, Disney +. The living room has a reclining leather couch as well as a fold down futon where a child could sleep. The kitchen has a dining table and seating for 4, full size fridge, gas stove and oven, microwave, keurig coffee machine with all the essentials, and plenty of cookware to prepare meals. Backyard comes with a BBQ, separate refridgerator, 2 beach cruisers, 2 surfboards, 2 body boards, and 2 long skateboards. Conveniently located close to restaurants, downtown, beach pedestrian and bike path.
