Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the resort amenities, condo’s lake view, scenic walks nearby and stores and restaurants in walking distance. The unit was comfortable but a little shabby for the money. There were malfunctioning items that are used daily - like a vertical blind pull that didn’t open and kitchen faucet that wouldn’t swivel from sink to sink were annoying. Management wasn’t responsive to issue with blind and a broken bed spring in 2nd bedroom that we reported (it was only used overnight by a guest so it didn’t bother us but should be fixed before future guests) They did repair a disposal leaking under the sink. Most of the problems are general upkeep issues. I question the over cleaning -- there were drops that looked like urine on the master toilet seat.
