Positive: Host is a very friendly person and hospitable. He is generous with the basic necessities by providing ample toiletries and utensils, a really important part of homestay. He even provides free tidbits and snacks and soft drinks.
Negative: The place is a bit small for big families but it does have three bedrooms, we cannot complain much here. The place is quite old but well kept in terms of home entertainment facilities and the high level of this unit ensures we have decent view outside. Cleanliness wise, we expect better as some spots are quite dusty and not well maintained or cleaned. Comfort wise, it feels a bit cramped and congested for a big family gathering.
Summary: Nice high apartment for homestay with ample stocking of free snacks and soft drinks
