The condo is also a short 5 minute drive to downtown Crystal River and many restaurants. It is also 10 minutes from the beach along Fort Island Trail. The unit is fully furnished and located in Smugglerโ€™s Cove condominium complex. There is an assigned parking space with visitor spaces available. The unit also includes one boat slip behind the condo. Minimum stay is 6 months (now through March 31, 2024).

Summary: The condo was clean, welcoming, comfortable and in a lovely quiet location. Nicely equipped with everything needed for a vacation stay. Communication with the owner was very good and very welcoming. The location, being near waterfront parks and within easy walking distance of Crystal River, proved to be a bonus. We would love to visit again.
