Family house, with central heating and very well located in the hamlet of El Almendral, Zafarraya (Granada).
With a maximum of 12 people in six bedrooms.
It will share the swimming pool with the other accommodation, house A. It is a swimming pool for cooling off, not for sports or intense games. You will have to adapt and share the common space of the pool, as the capacity of the pool is not for more than 8 people. In the pool area there are two sun loungers where you can sunbathe.
The cottage has its own entrance that leads out onto the street where the Tita Elvira houses are located. The square through which you enter the house is a public square in the municipality. It also has an interior patio that gives access to the swimming pool area. This inner courtyard is accessed through the kitchen of the rural house.
The central heating is present throughout the accommodation, which, together with the wooden floors in the bedrooms, will make your rest and stay in them much more pleasant. There is also a beautiful fireplace in the lounge-dining room where you can relax and watch television, which will warm the room naturally.
This rural house is made up of two floors, having from the entrance a small flight of stairs to access the living-dining room, television area and kitchen.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, both with windows to the outside, single bed, double bed and near these bedrooms there is a bathroom with shower with elements to help people with reduced mobility. These bedrooms also have space to store your luggage comfortably and tidily.
A large kitchen accompanies the living-dining room area, sheltered by a combination of white ceiling and wooden beams with the inclination to the right or one water. This element makes this room a very different space from the accommodation, giving meaning to the large windows that help to naturally illuminate this space. Next to the dining table we will find a television, reading and resting area with comfortable furniture suitable for this purpose.
On the upper floor or first floor there are four bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the distribution landing we will find a second bathroom.
The other three bedrooms on this floor each have two single beds. Exterior window with mountain or interior views.
