Positive: We had a nice stay here overall. The apartment is good value for money, in a great location, and very spacious and comfortable. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating — she even allowed us to check out a little later, which we really appreciated. A big plus was the smart boiler, which keeps the hot water flowing at all times. With a larger group, we never had to worry about running out of hot water — everyone could shower comfortably without waiting. We also appreciated having two keys, with one that could always be left securely in the key safe by the main door. It made things so much easier when the group split up, as nobody had to wait around or coordinate key handovers.
Negative: There is a few things future guests might want to know. The property is not really suitable for 10 adults — it fits 9 adults comfortably, as the tenth bed is actually a crib for a baby. The dishwasher wasn't working properly during our stay, since a lot of dishes came out still dirty, and the kitchen tap made a loud noice whenever we tried to run cold water. The building itself has an interesting design, with an open “indoor-outdoor” courtyard space in the middle — which is charming when you want fresh air without leaving the building. Unfortunately, this also means noise travels a lot more. Neighbors with open windows could be heard very clearly, and from one of the bedrooms, you can see directly into the neighbors’ apartment at the same level — and they can see you, which can feel a bit uncomfortable and so privacy is a bit limited.
