About the space:
As this is a long term listing, amenities are stocked prior to each visit, but not restocked during the stay.
Everything in the kitchen was replaced during remodeling in 2018 except the stove - I love how the Hotpoint lights up on top.
The living, dining and bed rooms are Danish/Mid-Century Modern styled with touches of Scandinavian design throughout.
The living room television is Smart, Roku, so in addition to cable TV, you have more viewing selections. It swivels 360 degrees to watch from numerous angles in the living AND dining rooms.
Relax on the sofa and watch from the living room, or play cards and watch from the dining room.
Central air was installed April 2021. The ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms work well and, when not extremely hot, there is a great cross breeze when windows are open around the house.
The living room and bedrooms have a 4 Port USB Hub Charging Dock Station Charger Stand Organizer to charge iPads and cell phones.
The first bedroom has a queen platform bed and mattress. There is a dresser with 4 drawers and the platform bed has 6 drawers, 3 on each side. (Be careful not to stub any toes.) The bed faces a wall mounted Smart TV.
The second bedroom has a double bed and a dresser/desk/luggage area which may be used as the laptop area. There is also a long mirror on the door and a Pack and Play in the closet.
Both mattresses have a 3-inch memory foam topper which creates a plush comfort layer that helps relieve neck, back, and shoulder pain as it cradles and supports the body's natural pressure points. The premium CertiPUR-US Certified memory foam works through the night to correctly align the spine, improving posture and preventing lower back pain. The PureFlowโข ventilated memory foam optimizes air flow to keep you cooler than traditional memory foam for a more comfortable sleep environment
The eight pillows and the double mattress are encased in Allerease, an allergen barrier fabric which creates a layer that protects against dust mites, pollen and other household allergens from collecting in your pillow or mattress and triggering allergy and asthma symptoms.
The queen mattress is encased in an AllerZip mattress protector for total protection against dust mites, allergens and bed bugs providing a healthy, allergy-free sleep zone.
