My property is not a hotel, there is no reception, once you rent it you will check in with codes and use it by yourself, not sharing with any other groups, guests or anyone else. This is the right place for you and your family or friends to stay when you travel in a group. Outdoor BBQ area, common area, fully set up kitchens with large tables You can cook whatever you like. Nice garden and half undercover large pool. There are 2 buildings, 2 bedrooms and 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens. Huge rice in front. It's located in a tourist village named An My on the bank of Coco River, just cross the De Vong bridge and you will hit the main road to Da Nang and beaches. A local market named Ba Le is near.
Shops and restaurants are also near.
Bikes are available for free, please pre-book.
There is a motorbike is available for free too.

2 buildings with a garden and a large pool, including 2 decent setup kitchens, everything is highly private with fences surrounded, very nice and newly built in a 700 m2 piece of land by a Belgium architect with love to Hoi An. In front, a huge space of rice fields and it's so close to Co Co river that you can walk, 5 mins to An Bang beach, 8 mins to the city centre. This is a private house, not a hotel, perfect for pool parties, outdoor BBQ or relaxing in nature. Free airport pick-up for 3 nights and over.
Huge open rice field in front, 5 mins walk to Coco river, 5 mins to the beach and 8 mins to the center of Hoi an, where night shopping old streets are. The pool is right at your living room, the garden makes you feel like living in nature. A local market is near and many restaurants including an Italian one. The villas are surrounded by rice fields, so you can ride a bike around to discover Vietnamese agriculture and the most famous river with romantic views. Bikes are provided for free. If you need a motorbike we will be happy to provide you for free too. This is the most beautiful villas with luxury bedrooms and bathrooms as you can see on pictures.
