Summary: Condo owner was quick to answer questions. Property looks just like the pictures. Building was well maintained as was the full property. It is a quiet property so that was much appreciated. Condo overlooks river and public access to beach but we enjoyed watching the activity of the river and the various occupants. Bring binoculars - we watched alligators in the river and lots of birds. Also enjoyed watching boats and cruise ships. There is loud music at the property next door on the weekends but is always finished by 9 pm. A couple of cons - bed is very hard and there is a light in the hall that comes on multiple times during the night so it lights up the bedroom.
