Ideally located next to the slopes of the Croix-Rousse, you can go easily to the Vieux Lyon and the Place des Terreaux. Being situated in the last floor of the building, you will appreciate the peace and the luminosity which offers this duplex. It is composed of : * On the ground floor : - A spacious and warm living room with a sofa bed which can welcome 2 people, a small coffee table and a dining table for 4 people. You will appreciate the visible beams which give to this room all its charm! - A design and fully equipped kitchen open on the living room with : hobs, oven/microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dishes and coffee machine Nespresso. - A modern bathroom with an italian-style shower with a magnificent tiles, a design washbasin with a big mirror and a heated towel rail. Toilets are separated. * On the 1st floor : - A beautiful and luminous bedroom with a comfortable double bed. It is possible to separate it in 2 different single beds, on request at the booking confirmation. You will have at your disposal : washer, tumble dryer, drying rack, hair dryer, storage spaces and ironing kit. We provide clean towels, high quality linens, vanity kits and some coffee caps. Of course you will have free access to the high speed Wifi! ##Guest access The apartment is located on the 4th floor, accessible with a lift only from the 1st floor but is not adapted for a person with a reduced mobility. Only one set of keys will be provided during your stay.
