Completely renovated house of 170 m2 ideally located in the center of Vannes, close to the coastal paths, the port and the magnificent peninsula of Conleau.

The house overlooks a small, very quiet square in a family neighborhood.
Bus lines are within walking distance as well as the ferry terminal, the starting point for boats to explore the Gulf of Morbihan.
The casino and its restaurant as well as the aquarium are 10 minutes walk from the house.
For families, we have everything you need for your children: board games, travel cot (on request).
