A great location on the main channel of Hot Springs Village Lake DeSoto. A two level, four bedroom, two bath town home with two furnished decks and boat dock. Lots of beds for a family or two and it will sleep up to twelve with two king beds, one queen bed, and six twin beds. The kitchen has been updated with a smooth cooktop, Keurig and 12 cup coffee pot, and refrigerator with built in icemaker. The living room is well furnished with HDTV and wireless internet throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed and HDTV. The master bathroom has a tub and shower and it is on the entry level. The upstairs deck has a very nice grill, HDTV and seating for over ten. Downstairs is the laundry area with full sized washer and dryer. The two bedrooms downstairs have king beds and HDTV. The bunk bed/trundle bedroom has 6 twin beds and HDTV for streaming, DVD’s and HDTV cord to connect for your gaming console. There is a second bathroom downstairs with a tub and shower.
