Positive: One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Breakfast was always delivered right on time, with a good variety and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff is outstanding – incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. The room was cleaned daily upon request, and each guest received a fresh bottle of water every day, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent: very close to the center of Ubud, yet completely quiet as the hotel is tucked away on a side street. There is a very good laundry service right around the corner, which was extremely convenient. The entire property is beautifully maintained. Although cars cannot drive directly to the entrance, this was not an issue at all – the staff kindly helped us with our luggage both on arrival and departure. We will definitely return. The value for money is unbeatable. We felt truly welcome and at home from the very first moment. I honestly have nothing to complain about.
