We have a fully furnished bedroom that is ready to become someone's home away from home. You will have access to your own private room and a shared bathroom. The remainder of the house, including the living areas, entertainment area, kitchen, dining area, pool, backyard, and parking and shared space that we would love to share with you.
You will have your own private bedroom that you can lock with your own key when you are away. The bathroom is down the hallway on the left. Instruments, the backyard, patio, and pool are available for use.
You can access the whole home, except for the hosts' bedroom and office area, which will be locked at all times. You may enter the garage to use the laundry and gym, but please do not use anything else in the garage aside from the gym equipment in the gym area.

Incredibly friendly and quiet neighborhood that is in the middle of anything you could want: from historic Fort Monroe to shopping malls and dining. We have a full list of our favorite locations in the area that will be provided for you in your room.
The public bus is available right outside the front of the neighborhood, which is about a 10-minute walk. Uber and Lyft are available, as are traditional taxis. I may be able to over a ride as well, depending on advance notice. Our area is easy to navigate, and a 10-minute drive from almost everything you could want.

The 'Management Fee' listed in your booking was for a non-refundable damage waiver. The $59 covers you for accidental damages up to $400. We ask that if anything does happen during your stay, please let us know immediately and send us a picture, so we can work on a remedy for the next guest. If something were to happen and the damages were to be over $400, you pay the difference over $400. Please keep in mind that this waiver does not apply to damages caused by animals, negligence, or results in excessive cleaning fees.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
As you enjoy your stay, please keep these friendly guidelines in mind:
- Our property is a non-smoking environment, and we kindly ask that no pets are brought along.
- Please take a moment to wash any dishes you use and return them to their original place after use.
- Feel free to rearrange the furniture to suit your needs, but before you leave, we'd appreciate it if you could put them back in their original positions and switch off the lights and small appliances.
- For everyone's safety, please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked and take all trash out with you when you leave.
- If you notice any cleaning needs beyond the usual, please don't hesitate to let us know. We want to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Please keep in mind that according to city health regulations, we kindly request that the maximum occupancy in each bedroom is limited to three individuals. Our bedding arrangements are meant to provide flexibility in sleeping arrangements, not for additional occupancy.
We regret to inform you that the ice-maker in the freezer is currently out of order. However, there are ice trays available in the unit for your use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Pet Policy:
We love our furry friends, but we kindly ask that no dogs, cats, or other animals be brought onto the premises without written permission from the Landlord. A non-refundable pet fee of $100.00 USD per pet is required, and exceeding the permitted number of pets will incur a $200.00 per pet charge as liquidated damages.
Key and Access Return:
When vacating the premises, we kindly ask that you surrender all keys and access. Failure to return keys or parking passes will result in a charge of $125.00 USD to cover lock replacement costs. In the event of an accidental lockout, a $50.00 USD lockout fee will be charged for unlocking the property.
Parking Passes:
Lastly, don't forget to return any parking passes to the Anchor Realty Group office when your lease is up. Failing to do so will result in a charge of $75.00 USD per pass to cover the cost of a new pass.
