The Space:
The space is equally great for business travelers and families alike. Private home with a finished basement, newly renovated fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 living rooms both with smart TVs, 1 sleeper sofa, dining for 4 in the basement, dining for 2 in the kitchen, and a private back yard.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access and use of the unit and free street parking 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!
The Neighborhood:
This home is in the historic Irish neighborhood of Dogtown, near the best that St. Louis has to offer. Great restaurants, shops, Forest Park, and the St. Louis Zoo are all nearby. The neighborhood is centrally located, not more than 10 minute drive to anywhere in St. Louis! Welcome to your home away from home.
Getting Around:
Plenty of safe, quiet street parking is available in front of the house. Off street parking available behind the house.
Taxis are available anytime and cost about $15 to get to anywhere else in town. I prefer Uber, which is a private driver service. Enjoy your stay!
Other Things to Note:
Street parking is on a one way street and can be narrow for large vehicles. Private parking is available behind the home.
Our HOA requires that local St. Louis guests CANNOT instant book - you must reach out to us first for approval prior to booking or your reservation will be immediately cancelled with possible penalties for violation of our house rules.
