Positive: Front desk, restaurant and bistro staff were amazing. Great location.
Negative: The housekeeping staff were pretty rude minus a few. I got nasty looks if I walked past them in the hallways and even some of them would roll their eyes at me. Definitely not hospitable and made me very uncomfortable. The pool was cloudy and filthy. Our room was also not the cleanest. Very dusty. I've stayed at this hotel before and always loved it and loved how clean it was, it has gone downhill significantly sadly.
