Positive: Easy parking. Five steps to the unit. Top loft is good for kids Kitchen well equipped Peaceful. Very quiet for the most part.
Negative: Unreal. The listing said there is a pool. There is no pool at all. We did find one belonging to a neighboring condo complex but it was NOT for this unit. That was an outright lie and not honest. Unit is pretty average. The dryer did not work. That sucked. The refrigerator didn’t stay cold and the freezer didn’t freeze. It’s basically an outdated piece of junk. Beds: Very very old and lumpy. Sheets are 20 grit sandpaper and comforters from the 70’s with a rarely washed finish. Showers: Small. Very small. I fit. Others may not. I just lost 60 pounds and I think the old me would not have fit. And there is a huge broken jacuzzi in the middle of the master bath which they hide in the pictures. Eyesore. Makes the bathroom a dump. Decks: We saw deer daily. Small in size. Unlike other reviews, the bbq was working and recent. Lake view but small. Couches. Ewwww. They need to be replaced. Screens: They need replacement. Holes let the bugs in. I actually brought my own bug zapper to use inside and it had several trapped and fried. Construction: Woke up to workers setting up scaffolding on neighbor units daily at 7. NOT COOL. If you know anything about those construction conditions, you know they are loud, take up parking, leave supplies and tools around and are rarely quiet and clean. I know these unit are old. The area around them has been devastated by fire. This unit is for sale so they don’t seem interested in fixing it up. It did have a fresh railing on the deck (you might want to check that bolt holding it up near the door, it’s barely in the wall) Other units on the site are nicer. This one, if repairs are made, would be a good one. I’ve been coming here for 33 years. I write honest reviews. Time to put some money into this place.
