A roomy 70 sqm apartment on the ground floor of a pleasant 2 floor building in the oldest part of Antibes, the Safranier. FULL RENOVATION: we have put the parquet throughout the ground floor (living room and bedroom), completely redone both bathrooms with new showers and furniture - the bathroom on the ground floor therefore now has a more comfortable and modern shower. We have painted the walls with warm and sophisticated colors, thanks to our French architect Romain Federiconi, and finally a touch of Italian design with a wonderful suspension made by Foscarini. The result is surprising in terms of elegance, comfort and class. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering and relaxing staying: - a sofa bed and plenty of storage room - electric heaters and AC (AC in both bedrooms, fan in the living room) - free WiFi, TV / Netflix, video games console The spacious kitchen is very well equipped with: - electric oven, microwave oven - coffee machine, kettle, caffettiera - toaster, kitchen utensils - dishwasher, large fridge and freezer - iron and ironing board Both bathrooms have: - a shower, a WC, towel drying heater - hairdryer and free toiletries welcome kit - clothes washer / dryer machine (first floor bathroom) The bedrooms (1 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor where there is no door) have both a good quality mattress and upholstered base and bedside tables. Please note that the bedroom at first floor has no door, it is in the duplex space, see photos. We speak English, Italian and French, we live in the area and we work in the tourism sector, so we will be happy to give you ideas of what to visit or where to dine depending on your budget and preferences.
