Beautiful, warm south facing, boutique King bedroom situated in a superb and unique Victorian home in the prestigious area of The Grange/Morningside, 10 mins south of the City centre shared with the owners. Located on the second floor, the bedroom offers warm and quiet privacy in this grand and welcoming home, with stunning original features throughout. The room has unparalleled open views to the Blackford Hills, Hermitage of Braid and beyond to the Pentlands Hills Regional Park. The bedroom is stylishly decorated and spacious room is equipped to a boutique hotel standard. Luxury bed linen and towels are provided. Complete with in-room Smart TVs offering individual Netflix accounts, YouTube etc via high-speed fibre Internet and WiFi, which is available throughout, you will also find steam iron, board, hairdryer and hot drinks facility. In addition to the extremely comfortable bed, we have ample hanging and drawer storage and en-suite shower room. There is also a separate WC (we call it 'The Loo with a View'!!) that is shared between the two bedrooms on this floor. The room is accessed by a private staircase. The villa itself is positioned on a large plot of private land with bright spacious gardens set in three spaces; the lawn garden, BBQ terrace and part grassed patio available for your use. To the rear, you will enjoy views over mature landscaped gardens complete with bowling greens and clay tennis courts for which access can be arranged in season with prior notice (charges will apply). Free parking in the private & secure drive. Excellent amenities and transport 5 mins walk away.
