Summary: The property was good, however, the room was dirty. The couch had first stains all over it. The floor didn’t seemed to be swept, walking barefoot then getting into shower there was a lot of dirt coming off. I understand that accidents happen and that it’s tough to repair wall damage, the shower was severely cracked and the patch work looked rushed and didn’t seem to seal with openings present. I feel like there is an opportunity for training and elevating expectations not just with staff but management, where the true blame should be placed. For the price, I could have stayed at a cheaper cleaner place.
