Large 2015 new couches and dining table for seating for 10, newer windows with European tilt turn windows in the 4 season room, lake views from every room, 14" wood floors, old world woodwork, 3 decorative original fireplaces, 2 furnaces, central A/C, 2019 new range/fridge, wine fridge, 2016 new dishwasher and 2015 new washer/dryer with 1st floor access, filtered water with Culligans R/O system, 4K Ultra HD large screen TV, Comcast TV Cable and HIGH SPEED INTERNET AND WIFI, and Outdoor Fire Pit and Weber Grill. Plenty of built-in cupboards and closets throughout the house.
16 miles to Whistling Straights Golf course and 25 miles to Kohler. 40 miles to Green Bay Packers Lambeau Field. And only a 90 minute drive to Milwaukee General Mitchell International Airport and 45 minute drive to Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport. 175 miles to Chicago (3 hrs depending on traffic).
