The house is centrally located in the center of Ludwigshafen in a quiet cul de sac. Lake Constance can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, as are all shops for daily needs and public transport (bus, train station) just a few steps away. The house has 121 sqm. Also from the attic you have access to a spacious balcony, from which you can enjoy partial sea views.
Our house is quiet and yet centrally located. You can sit on the balcony in the sun and enjoy the day, take a walk in the village or along the lakeshore through a nature reserve in the historic village of Bodman, which incidentally is the oldest settlement on the lake and of which Lake Constance also his name has (originally Bodmansee) hiking. Of course, there are also wonderful bike paths that lead directly along the lake. And then you can enjoy a refreshing bath in the magnificent Lake Constance with excellent water quality.
