Summary: The good- clean house, lots of space, easy communication with owner, easy check in with lock box. The bad- very, very sparse; it was like staying in an empty house with a few pieces of old furniture. The third bedroom had a leaky air mattress (very unexpected). Most of the house lights didn’t work, and there was only one fan in the whole house. The first night we arrived (at 11pm) we had to go buy toilet paper and soap! The house and yard seemed very neglected. Overall it was uncomfortable to stay here and there were very few amenities- definitely nothing I’ve ever experienced at a vacation rental. Thankfully we were busy every day so weren’t at the house much. It was the only negative part of our trip and we certainly wouldn’t stay here again.
