This two level villa is located in the soft rolling hills of San Mateu and a great retreat in the southwestern part of the island close to the beautiful countryside and not far from beaches, such as Cala Salada, Port de Sant Miquel or Benirras.
Indulge in the 180 degrees views, which you get from most points and rooms of house, terraces and gardens, the sun sinking into the green pines mountains by your left side night after night and enjoy the 8 x 5 meter swimmingpool and the landscaped rustic gardens .

The house is spacious and bright with medium and large windows to let in the lovely golden sunlight of the Mediterranean.
It comprises one king size bedroom, one double, one single and one bathroom, next to a large living-room and kitchen, all on the ground floor.
Upstairs features a large room that includes a double bedroom, one double bedroom and a bathroom.
Every bedroom has tv and three of them air conditioning which you probably will not need as there is a nice breeze coming through the windows most of the time.
All in all, a beautiful country house, fully restored with every utmost care in every detail, keeping the Ibiza traditional style and equipped with every modern facility you may need.
