Casa Paolo is located in Ischia, in less than ten minutes walk from the port and beaches of Casamicciola and less than 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Lacco Ameno, near the Rizzoli Hospital. The house has a large entrance into a private driveway with 2 parking spaces, large outdoor spaces equipped with a private swimming pool. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of six people.
Upon entering we find a bright living room with double sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a corner with fireplace and flat-screen TV, kitchen with central peninsula with 4-burner hob, ceramic sink with double tub, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine coffee with pods and everything you need for cooking.
The house then consists of two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower with chromotherapy, bidet, sink and toilet.
The second bedroom, which is larger in size, has a single bed that can be transformed into a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Connected to the second bedroom we have a complete bathroom with shower with emotional jets and plays of light.
The outdoor spaces are the most beautiful and usable part of the house, modern and functional furnishings in shades of gray allow guests to dine outside or relax in the sun. We have a gazebo with table and chairs, four sun loungers, shower with hydromassage jet and in-ground brick swimming pool (open from May to October and for the EXCLUSIVE use of guests).
The house is located in an area called "la pace" given the privileged and panoramic position which guarantees absolute quiet. Guests can also use the telescope to observe the stars on the terrace.
Upon request it is possible to organize activities or excursions for guests, car/scooter rental or transfer services to/from the port of Ischia.
