Positive: Master bedroom King bed was superb. Great sleeping

Negative: Weekly flooring 2 nd floor; hall; bedrooms; bathroom did not add any ambience to the new carpeting. Also had to report bugs; pest control supposedly sprayed and then more bugs in kitchen
