The natural beauty of the exclusive Martis Camp community embraces this ultra-contemporary custom-built estate. Over 9,000 square feet of living space and seven very privately designed ensuite retreats create the perfect mountain destination for multiple families or a large group.
With endless views of the Sierra forest and Tinker's Knob, guests will revel in the solitude and beauty of this unique and luxurious home. The great room, formal dining area and main kitchen boast floor-to-ceiling glass walls, which capture 180-degree forest and 18th fairway views of the award-winning Martis Camp golf course.
One of many notable aspects of this opulent home are its abundant entertainment spaces. A gorgeous formal dining table provides seating for twelve, along with bar seating for twelve more. Bring the party outside and open the glass doors to extend your indoor living to the deck. The main level deck features outdoor kitchen and dining area including a commercial-grade grill and and harvest table that comfortably accommodates all your guests. There is additional covered deck seating with a 70-inch flat-screen Smart TV and Sonos sound system to catch the game or just enjoy the picture perfect sunset view.
Back indoors, the entire lower level is outfitted for family friendly competitions. A multi-media entertainment area is complete with a pool table, ping pong table, full bar area, and a virtual sports screen for perfecting that golf swing during the winter months. For quieter evenings a bubbling hot tub sits outside on a spacious stone patio.
When retreating after a full day and evening of activities there are seven very privately designed ensuite bedrooms to choose from. On opposite ends of the top floor, two private bedroom suites are housed. The primary bedroom is located on the southern side with a king bed, seating area, and glass-enclosed bathroom with a luxurious freestanding tub and open-air shower. This suite also provides access to a private deck with ample comfortable seating and a steel hot tub. The northern guest room features a king bed, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a full ensuite bath. For those looking to stay productive, a dedicated remote office is housed on this floor as well.
Back on the main floor, four additional guest rooms provide an ideal sleeping arrangement for traveling families. Opposing wings of the home provide similar bed configurations. However, one unique wing is laid our with a primary suite, bunk room, dedicated full kitchen, living area, powder room and laundry. The opposite wing provides a spacious king bedroom with an ensuite bath is situated adjacent to the second bunk room, complete with four queen beds and an ensuite bath.
