Summary: Hate to leave a less than perfect review, but this stay was less than ideal. The home is perfectly nice and had everything we needed, there were just a couple of issues that had we known about we probably would've chosen to stay somewhere else. The first issue is that about half of the windows in the house are broken and unable to close all the way. This made it impossible to cool the house despite having AC units in all three bedrooms, so we were miserably hot in the house the entire trip. The downstairs with no AC was constantly in the mid to high 80s whether the windows were closed or open, and the bedrooms with AC would only get down to the high 70s even at night even with the windows "closed". The second issue is that we could not use the kitchen sink for the entire trip. For some reason the water that came out of the kitchen sink literally smelled like rotting fish, and if you even rinsed your fingers in it it would take washing your hands with soap multiple times in one of the bathroom sinks to get the stench off of your hands. The water in all of the bathroom sinks and the showers was fine, as was the water used by the dishwasher, but not being able to use the kitchen the entire 9 day trip was a huge pain. We also had a more minor issue with the toilets in one of the bathrooms that kept having issues clogging even though we were putting almost nothing in it. The house is great, but has serious issues that need to either be fixed or mentioned in the description.
