Luxury penthouse with fantastic ocean view. The penthouse has a large, partially covered terrace. Spacious living room with luxury kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and guest toilet. You enter the penthouse directly via a secure lift. The Royal Palm Resort is a beautiful and safe resort with 24 hour security and a large communal swimming pool.
The penthouse is located in a very touristic area with several hotels and beaches within walking distance where you can dine or relax. By car you are within 5 minutes in Otrobanda and you can walk over the Pontjes bridge to Punda. The most beautiful beaches on the island such as Porto Mari, Grote en kleine Knip and even Westpunt are about 15 to 30 minutes away by car. Great place to stay!
The penthouse
The penthouse has a large partly covered terrace with fantastic ocean view.
• Living room: large open space with fantastic views with large sliding doors to the terrace, luxury sitting area, airconditioning, big fan, flat screen TV, fast WiFi.
• Terrace: fantastic partially covered terrace with fantastic ocean view. On the terrace you can enjoy the fantastic view, dine at the dining table or relax in the lounge set. Of course there is also a BBQ where you can prepare delicious dishes.
• Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space, American fridge, oven, microwave, electric hob with extractor and a dishwasher. There is a blender, toaster, Nespresso and a regular coffee machine.
• Bedrooms: the spacious master bedroom is located at the front. This bedroom has a large double bed, walk-in closet, safe, air conditioning, fan and TV. The second spacious bedroom has a large double bed, air conditioning, fan and built-in storage cupboard. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. There is a folding bed in a separate room that can serve as a sleeping place for a 5th person, this room is air-conditioned.
• Bathroom: The main bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower, luxury bath, double sink with sufficient storage space and a toilet. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower, sink with sufficient storage space and toilet. Both bathrooms have modern finishes. There are plenty of luxury towels and bed linen to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
• Guest toilet: there is a guest toilet with sink in the living room
• Laundry room: there is a room with washing machine and dryer.
Guests have access to the communal pool and there is ample parking at the penthouse. The Royal Palm Resort is 15 minutes away from the airport.

Summary: Imagine waking up to the most beautiful panoramic sea view. You are so busy admiring the view and watching the ever changing waves or clouds, it is hard to find any fault with this very lovely apartment. From the time Remy picked us up at airport (and returned us too) to meeting with Piet for the tour, we felt welcomed and in good hands. The fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, secure entry and balcony living space makes this place a home away from home. Bathrooms are modern and water pressure is great. Everything you need is nearby....grocery, shopping, beaches, gaming, restaurants and sites. The community pool is delightful though some new chaise lounges would be a great addition. Piet was very responsive when we called about an overhead light and needed help with the TV. Never did get to watch tv but that's because there was too much else going on! I would highly recommend this fabulous apartment. Thank you Piet and team for making this a memorable vacation.
