This home features an upstairs deck where you can quietly enjoy reading a book, along with a downstairs terrace that includes a built-in fire pit, where you will enjoy the magnificent view of the golf course and Northstar while roasting marshmallows.
The Primary King Bedroom, which is located on the top floor, has an ensuite bathroom with a his/hers sink, and a stand-up shower next to a free-standing large bathtub. The main floor consists of an open concept kitchen and living area, great for entertaining friends and family while cooking an amazing meal with the fully equipped kitchen.
Downstairs you will find the laundry room, media room with pull-out couch and wet bar, along with the second bedroom equipped with a Queen Bed, walkout patio and adjacent bathroom, as well as the third bunk bedroom which has a Twin over Double bunk bed and ensuite bathroom.
