We have several beaches which are 20-35 minutes drive (depending on traffic)
We do not believe in a long list of rules - We only ask that you respect, take care of our home & have fun! - We understand minor accidents happen & ask that we be notified immediately in consideration for the next guests arriving. We are very understanding Hosts and we do NOT nickel and dime our guests for minor accidents.
KITCHEN / DINING:
We assure you the Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking convenience. From a vast variety of spices, oil & vinegar, to utensils to high end cookware to appliances. Which includes mixer, blender, crock pot, can opener, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea & cocoa & condiments ( sugar & sweeteners)
Dining table is set for 6, but the table has a butterfly leaf to expand & extra chairs to comfortably sit 8. The kitchen has a pass thru bar with 3 adjustable bar stools.
LIVING ROOM(s): There are three common areas inside the home.
Gather/Fireplace Room: This room sits adjacent to the kitchen with pass thru window and counter top bar with 3 swivel bar stools. Over the fireplace sits a 55-inch flat panel Smart TV with Xfinity's Ultimate TV Package, DVR Remote & Roku Sofa & love seat in which the sofa pulls out into a queen bed. Lift top coffee table on coasters for easy roll out convenience. Three sofa tables with built-in AC & USB ports for your devices.
The Sitting Room: Desk /chair/ monitor with complimentary office supplies including ink & paper for the wireless printer. This working desk/office area is perfect for those who Work Remotely or just simply want a nice landing spot for your laptop.
The Sitting room is also complimented with a two top Bistro Bar & adjustable bar stools. The sectional sofa is a queen pullout bed. The end sofa table has built-in AC/USB Ports.
The Great Room: This is a fabulous room with a spacious sectional couch, that also pulls out into a queen bed. This room has double sliding glass doors which open to the heated salt water pool and patio area. The wall across the couch is proportionally taken up with a 85 inch Flat Panel Smart TV. This TV is also Smart TV with Xfinity's Ultimate TV Package, DVR Voice Remote & Roku Lift top coffee table on coasters for easy roll out convenience. End table is accented with touch lamp that come with AC & USB ports.
LAUNDRY ROOM: There is a spacious laundry room with full-size Whirlpool washer dryer available for your use. Fully stocked with complimentary laundry products. Ironing board, Iron, and steamer are also provided. Laundry room has Built-in counter top folding area with wooden hangers on above hanging rod.
BEDROOMS: Three large bedrooms - Split floor plan with Master & En-Suite bathroom on one side & two bedrooms on other side that share the Cabana Bathroom.
Bedroom 1 / Master Bedroom: Located on the main living area and has a KING bed and newly upgraded top of the line Saatva Plush Pillow Top Mattress. There’s a walk-in closet with wooden hangers, shelves, luggage racks, robes & slippers. The 55-inch flat panel Smart TV is also Xfinity's Ultimate TV Package, Voice DVR Remote & Roku Night stands are accented with touch lamps & alarm clocks that come with AC & USB ports.
The Master also has an En-Suite bathroom and sliding doors that take you out to the beautiful patio area & heated salt water pool.
Bedroom 2: Located on the main living area and has a twin over queen bed with pull out twin trundle bed. Closet with wooden hangers, mirrors, luggage racks, robes and slippers. The 55-inch flat panel Smart TV is also Xfinity's Ultimate TV package, Voice DVR Remote & Roku . Night stands are accented with touch lamps & alarm clocks that come with AC & USB ports.
Bedroom 3: Located on the main living area and has a Queen Beauty Rest Pillow Top Mattress. Closet with wooden hangers, mirrors, luggage racks, robes and slippers. The 55-inch flat panel Smart TV is also Xfinity's Ultimate TV package, Voice DVR Remote & Roku. Night stands are accented with touch lamps & alarm clocks that come with AC & USB ports.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Heated saltwater pool for year-round use. The pool temperature is always set/adjusted to the Guests liking/preference.
We have NO restrictions on the usage/temperature & do NOT charge extra like many others. Therefore, we cannot be held liable in the event the outside temperature drops too low for the pool heater to keep up. We will not issue any refunds except if the pool heater shows a malfunctioning.
NOTE: During our cooler nights on previous & current winters, the pool heater has kept up very well with guests raving about it. Always know, we allow the pool heater to run 24/7 if needed to maintain the temperature to your liking. I have an app on my phone that allows me to adjust up or down at anytime for you.
The patio /pool area is furnished with two tables with seating up to 10 along with a Bistro table located in the corner of the pool deck that provides privacy for two. Five lounging chairs and plenty of pool toys & floats for ALL ages.
Activities : We are 8 miles ( 15-20 min) from Wellington International Polo Club, 12 miles ( 20-30 min) from WEC. West Palm Beach has approximately 10 beaches which are about 20–35 minute drive. (depending on beach and traffic)
We provide beach chairs & umbrellas along with a beach wagon & some beach toys. Beach/pool towels, variety of sunscreen & tanning products are also provided.
You will find a "Things to Do" book in the house upon your arrival.
Garage: The garage is available for guests to use for parking. Pool toys and yard games (Corn Hole) are located on shelves for easy access. Garage door opener is included for your convenience. We kindly ask for you to be mindful & leave garage door opener upon departure.
Children/Kids: We have an abundant of Children books, games for all ages, mini folding wood crib, pak-n-play, high chair, children's dinnerware & utensils - Pak-N-Play is located on premises, while mini crib is stored off premises. IF needing mini crib, please advise ahead of your stay so it is there upon your arrival. Linens & blankets are provided with the crib.
