Positive: Location good when we managed to find it..not well signed as the pic it shows of stork above isn't actually there ..and..building work going on ( we weren't notified of this..workmen peeing with doors open to bathrooms..some stair ares had no bannisters they were on floor with metal left sticking out of walls - we booked two separate nights here..didn't bother cancelling 2nd overnight stay but least knew what to expect then...check in was from 2pm ..we advised would be 4pm arriving but room still wasn't ready...wanted up on roof terrace half hour - which was also a complete mess...having met new owner she told us had recently taken over place which is why works being carried out - surely courteous to inform paying guests that it would be a mess some parts dangerous & workmen would be sharing toilets openly- had we known this we would have cancelled in the beginning

Negative: Lots construction bring done, not being notified of this, workmen peeing on full view , dangerous on stairs due to works & our room not ready on second visit till 2.5hrs after should've been
